Carrie Beaird, MA, LPC, LCDC Program Director Contact Carrie Carrie Beaird, M.A. is the Program Director and President of Co-Parenting Solutions, Inc. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and is certified in Cooperative Parenting from the Cooperative Parenting Institute. Carrie has worked with the courts in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall and Hunt counties. She has provided services in the areas of Parent Coordination, Cooperative Parenting Education and Facilitation, therapy for individuals and families and Substance Abuse Evaluations for the courts.
Carrie is a member of Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, National Parent Coordinators Organization, American Counseling Association, and the Texas Counseling Association.
Carrie has a Bachelors Degree from Baylor in Secondary Education with a major in communication and a minor in sociology. She also has a Masters degree in Education from Southwestern Seminary and a Masters degree in Counseling from Amberton University.
Carrie has extensive experience dealing with divorce issues, parenting and families.
She also has a background in dealing with addictions, recovery issues, adolescents, young adults and families. Before opening her private practice, Carrie worked on the campuses of University of Texas, Texas A& M Commerce and Texas Women’s University. She did her practicum training at Richardson ISD and internship at Green Oaks Hospital where she served as the clinical coordinator for Adolescent CD Intensive Outpatient Program.

Michael D. Booth, M.A., L.P.C. Case Manager Contact Mike Michael Booth, M.A. is the Case Manager of Co-Parenting Solutions, Inc. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is certified in Cooperative Parenting from the Cooperative Parenting Institute. He has also completed training in collaborative law. Michael has worked with the courts in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall and Hunt counties. He has provided services in the areas of Parent Coordination, Cooperative Parenting Education and Facilitation, and therapy for individuals and families.
Michael is a member of Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, National Parent Coordinators Organization, Collaborative Law Institute, American Counseling Association, the Texas Counseling Association, and North Metro Counseling Association.

In addition to operating a private practice, Michael is a partner in Counseling and Life Management, a firm which provides chronic pain management services to medical clinics in the Dallas Metroplex. He did his internship training at Canyon Creek Psychological Associates.
